Appointments for both well child visits and sick visits are highly recommended to help minimize wait times. Being open 7 days a week, along with available evening appointments, allows flexibility to accommodate your busy schedule. Please note that your appointment will be forfeited if you arrive late by 15 minutes or more.
We accept walk in sick visits because we understand how becoming ill is always unplanned and often unpredictable. Being able to have your child seen at a moment's notice can help improve outcomes and relieve much anxiety. Please call the office prior to arriving to inquire about availability of walk in slots for the day. On the weekends, walk in sick visit slots are available for established patients only.

Our physicians follow the immunization schedules and guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. If you have any questions regarding the safety and efficacy of immunizations, we will be happy to discuss them with you in order to help alleviate any concerns that you may have.

Have an urgent question after our office has closed? As an added benefit for our patients, we have a physician on call every night to answer any urgent medical questions. Just call our office number and get connected to one of our physicians. If you get connected to our personal voicemail, please make sure to leave your child's name and your phone number and we will be sure to return your call as soon as possible. However, if you have a medical emergency, you should call 911.
You will be responsible for any unpaid balances designated by your insurance company as "Patient Responsibility". It is essential that you notify us of any insurance coverage you have so that we can properly submit claims on your behalf and to help you minimize your out of pocket expenses. Our specialists will work diligently with you to help clarify any questions/concerns you may have. Please note that we are legally required to collect co-pays and deductibles.
