Office Policies

Appointments

Appointments for both well child visits and sick visits are highly recommended to help minimize wait times.  Being open 7 days a week, along with available evening appointments, allows flexibility to accommodate your busy schedule.

Walk In Sick Visits

We accept walk in sick visits because we understand how becoming ill is always unplanned and often unpredictable.  Being able to have your child seen at a moment's notice can help improve outcomes and relieve much anxiety.  Please arrive at least one hour prior to closing time.

Walk In Well Visits

We accept walk in well visits because we understand how parents have busy schedules.  Walk in well visits are accepted prior to 5:00 pm on the weekdays.  On the weekends, there are a limited amount of walk in well visit slots available.

After Hours

Have an urgent question after our office has closed?  As an added benefit for our patients, we have a physician on call every night to answer any urgent medical questions.  Just call our office number and get connected to one of our physicians.  If you get connected to our personal voicemail, please make sure to leave your child's name and your phone number and we will be sure to return your call as soon as possible.  However, if you have a medical emergency, you should call 911.

Office Payment Agreement

You  will be responsible for any unpaid balances designated by your  insurance company as "Patient Responsibility".  It is essential that you notify us of any insurance coverage you have so that we can properly submit claims on your behalf and to help you minimize your out of pocket  expenses.  Our specialists will work diligently with you to help clarify any questions/concerns you may have.  Please note that we are  legally required to collect co-pays and deductibles.  We accept cash,  check, or credit card.
